Weird donkey.

A donkey travels the exact same distance daily.
strangely 2 of his legs travels 40 kilometers and the remaining two travels 41 kilometers.
Obviously 2 donkey legs cannot be a 1km ahead of the other 2.

The donkey is perfectly normal. So how come this be true ?

Bouncing Ball.

Cindy throws a ball from a 90 feet building. The ball is quite bouncy and when it hits the ground, it bounces back half way up. It keeps bouncing back to half way up.

How many bounces will the ball take before it comes to a permanent halt?

The ball will take infinite bounces before it is stopped. As per the question it will keep on bouncing half way up every time it hits the ground. But gravity will play its part at certain point of time which will make it stop.

Crime Scene!

A dead body is found outside a multistory multinational company. The case is reported and a homicide detective is called on the crime scene.

He looks at the body and then towards the building. From the position of the body, it is evident that the victim committed suicide. He goes to the first floor of the building and then walks in the direction of the dead body, opens the window and toss a coin in the air.

He goes to second floor and again repeats the process. He keeps doing this till he is done on all the floors. Then he returns back to the floor and tells his team that it is a murder.

How in earth did he deduce that?

Window at every floor was closed.. which means murderer pushed the body from the window and then closed the window.
